Pursuant to the legislative act, non-implementation of legitimate requirements of the National Commission for Communications Regulation or the officials of the State Inspectorate regarding elimination of infringements upon legislation on telecommunications, mail communication and radio frequency resource of Ukraine, or non-submittal of documents and information required for state supervision, or creation of other obstacles to the fulfillment of their duties entail a penalty in the amount of one hundred-three hundred non-taxable incomes.
A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 0970.
